    Local Area

Rich, luscious countryside and glorious long sandy beaches, superlative golf courses and an exciting, vibrant city – enjoy all this and so much more when you stay at our holiday lodges in Ayrshire.

Birthplace of Open Golf, and home to championship courses at Troon and Turnberry, this is a golfers’ paradise, but there’s something for everyone taking lodge holidays in Ayrshire.

Steeped in the history of great Scottish heroes, this is also Burns Country – head to the Burns National Heritage Park to see the little thatched ‘But and Ben’ where Scotland’s national bard was born and brought up.

The Museum of Ayrshire Country Life and Costume at Dalgarven Mill also makes a fascinating trip as does magnificent Culzean Castle. Designed by Robert Adams, it sits within glorious grounds on a cliff top overlooking the Clyde.

Wonderful lodge, very clean with excellent facilities in the lodge. The log burning fire and sauna were wonderful, just what you need after a long day out and about walking the dog! Excellent location and very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Very peaceful setting and location with lovely walks, took my grown up family to chill out and everyone did just that. Log burning fire kept the lodge very warm even when there was frost outside.

The lodges were very cosy and of a high standard. The setting was fantastic for autumn walks, and returning home to a fire each evening was fantastic. A haven and a hideaway for those who love time outdoors, and close to Ayr and Glasgow for shopping, skiing and cinemas.
